- Primero. Remitir, por intermedio de la Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado
- Sexto. Civil Municipal de Manizales, para que en ejercicio de sus competencias constitucionales y legales, y dentro de los terminos establecidos, decida la accion de tutela interpuesta por Nestor Dario Avila y otros contra el Municipio de Manizales.
- Segundo. Comunicar por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto al Juzgado Primeo Administrativo del Circuito de Manizales con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
